horrible experience in hotel booking. on arrival i got to know that there was no information about my arrival. the worst part they are not even refunding rs 7000 which i paid for hotel booking.

Very bad experience. They are not professional. They booked very cheap hotel. In their quotation lot of hidden chares are their. That they will tell once you paid 50% payment. Please do not travel with them.
