bharat holidays is a fraudulent trip planner.befor planning and payment they agree to everything and once you make payment they deny everything.i was offered good hotel but after advance payment they gave me some other hotel. in that hotel i was offered best room but on arrival basic room was alloted .my package was included with dinner but later on they asked me to pay for that.guys please stay away from this trip planner

meenakshi maam apka communication skill bohot achha but tab tak jub tak hum ne 30%payment kiya fir uske baad to aap ne naahi sahi time pe call pick up kiya nahi achhe se revert kiya. pehle to aapne jo driver suggests kiya tha hamare liye usne hame 9 seater ki jagha pe 7 seater vehicle me bithaya. jabki aapne tavera bola tha or hame innova me adjust karna pada. then 5 hrs ka travelling ka unhone hame 9hrs laga kar 3pm ko pohchaya. apne bola tha ki vo driver as guide hoga unko experience hoga
