About Riviera
The Italian Riviera, or Ligurian Riviera Italian Riviera ligure is the restricted seaside strip which lies between the Ligurian Sea and the mountain chain framed by the Maritime Alps and the Apennines. The Riviera's middle is Genoa, which isolates it into two primary areas: the Riviera di Ponente "the shoreline of the setting sun", stretching out westwards from Genoa to the French border. It is celebrated for its especially gentle atmosphere and loose lifestyle which, together with the appeal of its old angling ports and the magnificence of its scene, has made it a prevalent goal for explorers and vacationers since the season of Byron and Shelley.
